Terms & Conditions
Terms for using the OptiSync website and services. Last updated: 15 October 2026.
1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the optisync.eu website, its free tools and the information on it. The website is operated by OptiSync OÜ ("OptiSync", "we"), an operations consulting company registered in Estonia under registry code 17387760, registered address Kuldnoka tn 22, 10619 Tallinn, Estonia. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You must not misuse the website: do not try to break or probe its security, inject code, overload it, copy it automatically at scale or impersonate OptiSync.
2. Our services
We provide operations diagnostics, product and software engineering, AI and workflow automation, startup advisory and go-to-market support, corporate infrastructure (CRM/ERP/HRM) and HR operations and executive recruitment. The website describes our services in general terms only. The scope, deliverables, timeline and fees of each engagement are set out in a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and that agreement prevails over these terms. Our free tools — the Cost of Chaos calculator, the RACI matrix generator and the SOP builder — provide illustrative estimates, templates and suggestions only. They are not an audit and should not be relied on for financial, legal or employment decisions; adapt any draft to your own contracts and local rules.
3. No professional advice
Content on this website is provided for general information. It is not legal, tax, audit or investment advice and does not create a consulting relationship. A consulting relationship begins only when a written engagement agreement is signed.
4. Engagements and fees
Every engagement is scoped after an initial diagnostic call. Fees, payment terms and any expenses are agreed in writing before work starts. Results depend on the quality of the data, access and cooperation provided by the client, so we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes.
5. Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information, timely access to people, systems and documents needed for the work, and to make the business decisions that follow from our recommendations. Delays or inaccuracies on the client side may affect timelines and results.
6. Confidentiality and data
We treat client information as confidential, collect only what a task requires and limit access to the people working on it. A non-disclosure agreement can be signed before any data is shared. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The website, its design, text, logo and graphics belong to OptiSync OU or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Documents you create with our free tools are yours to use and share within your organisation; you may not alter the OptiSync name or logo in them or present them as prepared, reviewed or certified by OptiSync. Ownership of work delivered to a client is defined in the engagement agreement.
8. Limitation of liability
The website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, OptiSync OU is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or reliance on its content. Liability under an engagement is limited as stated in the engagement agreement.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably are subject to the courts of Estonia, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always published on this page. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@optisync.eu.
